any local interest?...95 t/a forged 383 for sale

really hate to do this, but i have to sell my car. im building a new house and need to cut back, i just dont have time/money for my car anymore.

my loss is your gain.

car will be up for sale soon, probably july, after i get it tuned and finish a few other things. tuning is going to cost me around $500, and ill post the dyno numbers and have the sheets available for buyer.

the reason i am posting now is to see if there is any local interest here on the board that might want to get first dibs before i list it on other boards and autotrader etc.

some basic info

95 transam red t-tops (no leaks) M6 with grey cloth interior
body is in pretty good shape, a few minor dings and scratches, but nothing major, cleans up nicely
109k on body (i have owned it since 63k)
500-600 miles on new engine and new clutch (yes, just broken in, has not even had full throttle yet, not until after its tuned)
Chrome ZO6 wheels (17f 18x10r, nice wide 295 tires in rear)
slotted rotors and performance pads
lowering springs (dont remember the brand) and ls1 shocks
jethot longtubes and custom true duals with h-pipe, bullet mufflers and out the back with chrome oval tips
new Spec Stage 4 clutch (very grippy, but can be driven quite smoothly, wont break!)
LS1 aluminum driveshaft (properly balanced by driveshaft shop)
Trickflow smooth coated intake elbow
b&m ripper shifter and billet ****
adjustable panhard bar
slp stainless dual tube CAI
brushed metal guage panel insert
new battery
probably more im forgetting...

the engine , very solid with all great parts, easily capable of handling 250-300 shot if you want

eagle forged crank, forged pistons and rods
ported LT4 heads (flow 270/190) by jordan musser
ported runner LT1 intake (modified to mate up to LT4 head)
all new engine bolt/hardware
42lb green top ford injectors
custom grind cam by alan futral 238/245 (sounds wicked)
all new valvetrain components
crane springs
comp lifters
comp 1.6rrs
chromoly pushrods, new guides
new retainers and big spider thingy that sits in lifter valley (lmao it was $90 had to mention it)
new LT4 timing chain set
new opti
MSD wires with stainless guides
new coil
custom stainless sbc valvecovers (modified to clear alternator)
58mm BBK throttle body
new oil pump and gear set
prothane motor mounts
all emissions stuff deleted
more that im probably forgetting at the moment....

the good - additional bonus parts that are not yet installed, this stuff will come with the car !!!

Racetronix complete plug and play fuel pump kit ($250)
Suncoast ws6 style ramair hood unpainted ($5-600)
complete dark gray cloth interior (minus doors and seats) i had planned to install all this to change the car from light grey interior to dark grey, just havent had time. it came from a newer car and is in good condition. includes full carpet, visors, headliner, plastic trimpanels for kicks, door, back seats etc. ($200)
Energy suspension polyurathane torque arm bushing ($20)
bmr weld-in LCA relocation brackets ($80)

thats about $1g of free stuff

the ugly
-front and rear bumpers have the notorious spider webbing and slightly faded color that all 93-97's suffer from. fairly easy to have this repainted, just havent had time/money. not seen from a distance.
-door window tint is peeling and hatch tint faded, needs replaced (was quoted around $100-150 when i called around from various places)
-passenger side window motor dead, driver side was recently replaced, ask anyone with a 4th gen these die frequently, $50 at autozone with lifetime replacement (driver side has this warranty).
-top dash panel near windshield is cracked (common prob thanks to fl heat), cheap part about $90ish, but ive been too busy to replace because its time consuming

Re: any local interest?...95 t/a forged 383 for sale

this car is going to be a really great deal for someone, considering the amount of money thats been put into it.

even if you dont want to buy it yourself, mention it to a friend
i dont expect anyone to advertise for me for free, so ill give $50 to anyone that refers someone to me that ends up being the buyer.

This is a real nice car from what I remember the last time I saw it. I bought some brake parts from him and was impressed back then

Did you try listing it on www.sffba.net

let me know if you want to sell the dark grey seats. Depending on what they look like, I might snag them for you

Oh man say it aint so! To any one interested in this car I can personally vouch for the engine as I built it and installed it, check my sig for references. This engine runs very strong and has much more potential when dyno tuned as the mail order tune just doesnt do it justice. Give me a call or PM me Devon havent heard from you in a while!
