c5 RIMS ON A 1998-2002
Hi all,
Does anyone have pics of what c5 rims look like on a 1998-2002 camaro??
I have it with the sports apperance package and if anyone has it with that it will be even better but I REALLY want to see what it looks like on a 98-02 before I go out and buy them.
Thanks!

Which C5 wheels exactly? There are the "wagon wheels", the "Y2K" style 5 spokes (my guess is that's what you're referring to), or the Z06 ten spoke style wheels. In any case go to LS1tech.com/forums and check out the wheels & tires forum, there's a huge thread titled "Post your OE Wheels pics" or something, it should have what you're looking for.

I think thinner rims with lower profile tires look 100x better if the car has a nice drop kit and maybe some spacers so the wheels are too deep inside the fenders, but just right or maybe a bit out on the back ons. But, that's jsut my opinion. Other than that, C5 rims are beautiful, and OE Wheels sells all sorts of Corvette rim replicas at great prices in different finishes.not

If you are patient you can pick up OEM "speedlines" for a decent price on craigslist. Mine look brand new & I paid well under what you will pay for replicas.

on oe wheels they have a replica set for $529 so idk how bad that is but on ebay I can never find a decent set and on craiglist they are all oem and a fortune or completely destroyed with rash.
thanks for the info tho!

Speedline is the company that makes the rims for GM. I picked mine up w/o tires for $340. I had to drive two-hours, but I think it was worth it. Thanks for the compliment. The chromes are more expensive, but for my car, I think silver was the better choice. Good luck.
