Thumbs up * * * slp zl1 camaro * * *

Sorry, I deleted my old thread, so putting this one up -

Backed by 750HP and the identical limited production of 69 units, the 2011 Camaro ZL1 will be every bit as legendary as the original in 1969.

Looks pretty cool except for those nasty exhaust tips. What the hell were they thinking there? Anyway, I am sure they will be expensive as hell but be very collectible down the road.

Is it just me, or does that look a lot like the expected "Z/28" from Chevy?

Is this just a hotter-engined version of the Z/28?

I liked the way SLP and Chevy partnered on the 4th gen.... Just think of the time that would have been saved on a Z28 if SLP had the project

I could live with this (if I had more disposable income)

No, according to the literature this is a supercharged 427 (LS7?)

That would be a hotter engine than the LSA, no?

(I didn't mean a higher-boost LSA).

I was wondering about that too.

Cool Car. This looks like it was done as a proper ZL1
