LT and LS ewww. Sorry should have let those monikers die.
Even our dodge dakota was an LT.
RS,Z28,SS are much more unique.
LT just makes me picture a grandma in a buick or something. It's doesn't scream sporty or fast. More old dusty couch.
And is it correct there's NO Z28 model?
Are you kidding me? Every generation has had a Z but they didn't think it important to keep it up?

LT and LS fits in with the current GM offerings. This car is not only made for the enthusiasts. In reality, the majority of them will be made for non-entusiasts. And RS and SS are still there. If your primary complaints are based on the package labels than GM did one hell of a job

A few thoughts: why do they need a 400 and 422 hp engine?
The V8 only gets 23 on the highway? great.
That concept length of 186 is now 190. great again.
over 3,700 pounds for the V6. great again. wait, that might have something to do with fuel economy!
3,860 pounds for the V8 version. quite a trim "sports" car.
oh and i know i'll get bashed for the "nitpicking". who cares how much it weighs, just ad more power! right
