low 70's?! wow! and a zl1 is going to be around????high 50's .....max? i hope SLP changes their pricing on these once the ZL1 comes out. because people will choose the Chevy ZL1 over the slp Zl1 at that price.

Actually, this is a ZL585, and not ZL1. The SLP ZL1 is MSRP $80k, plus the cost of the car.
Thsis SLP version is a "limited edition" (I guess that is worth something to some. ) plus it is a convertible, where the Chevrolet version of the ZL1 will not be either (at this time, anyway). I too am curious about what SLP will do when the Chevrolet version comes out.

well, then this being the lesser of the zl versions of slp, it makes the price difference even worse. and i get the convertable thing, if you want a vert. but i still dont understand the justification of the price. i guess i see the work they have done, and they feel they need their money out of the limited edition run, but what happens when they cant sell the last of their limited edition run, and the ZL1 is out? just seems like a bitch much concidering you get soooo much more with the chevy ZL1.

I hope they have more cool things up their sleeve for the future...both Chevy and SLP.
