5th gen Z28?

Re: 5th gen Z28?
Its kinda funny when you look back at those pictures... Thank you Pacer X that was cute. Back in the 80's to early 90's the Heartbeat of America days Chevy pushed the Z line. With every model getting a Z designation. It kind of diluted the name and maybe made the Z28 a little less than it was. Beacuase really it was the only surviving RPO code that made it into marketing. Maybe that gave the SS marketing advantage of being nostalgic yet new in the 90's when Chevy placed it on the Camaro and the S10, Impala and C1500's then on down the line. Now we see Chevy pushing the SS on every American Revolution model! So maybe that will help be a new Camaro with a fresh start use the Z/28 again. Or will they continue the SS marketing push further. Who knows, and I don't really care. If the Camaro comes back looking similar to the concept stays true to its heritage, has a V8 and a sporty functional interior I'll buy it even if they put GT 350 on the door!
