I only see maybe one person on here saying their order code change from 1100 to 3300.
I was on another site yesterday and saw there's a bunch (at least 4) people who said their order had been bumped up to 3300 and their car would be built in the first month.

I don't expect mine to be built in the first builds because I'm 4 of 10 at my dealer.
I was just curious why there hasn't been many announcements here.

 

I am at 3000 status (CGM will delay mine). All people need to do it call their dealer to get a status.

 

i recently had my dealer change my order taking off my hurst shifter and they faxed me my updated workbench order and i didnt notice mine changin at all. it did have a spot that said Priority:1 and i am first at the dealer but they havent said anythign to me about my order moving up yet. i hope to hear something in the next week or 2. i did place my order at 8:30 on monday the 13th of october. so i was one of the first 3,000 or maybe even the first 1,000, but i havent received anything or heard anything about bumping up.

 

My dealer informed me that within the next week or so I should be at 3300, I am at 1100 right now. He said that he was allocated 4 intial orders right away and that I should have a build week of 3/23. Hopefully he is right!

 

I'm at 3400. According to my dealer, my order has been broadcast to the stations in the plant to prepare and pull the parts to build my car. As I know more, I'll post it. And before anyone asks, I do have a new Order Workbench showing the 3400 status.

 

BS! mines still at a 1100. i just received my updated order since i deleted the hurst shifter off and it doesnt say anything about what stage my orders at. i hope to hear something next week. they keep telling me im priority at the dealership. the order even says im priority 1.

Congrats, you're going to have a real low VIN# I would suspect.

 

I was informed today that mine will be built the week of 3/23-3/29. I really can't wait.

 

Woohoo, I just got a call from my dealer too.
I was just about to call him and ask how we were doing.
He asked if I wanted to make any changes, which I did (I added the polished wheels to my 2SS/RS) and said send it on it's way, no other changes.
I don't need the 2 days he was giving me to decide.

By the way, as a reference, I ordered my car on Oct 16 and not on the the 13th as others had. And at the time my salesman told me I was the 4th of 10 customer pre-orders.
Today he told me I was right up at the top along with the ordering guy's wife.
So I don't know if the other orders dropped off or maybe they ordered one of the colors on hold. Whatever the case I'm on my way.

im still at 1100 ordered oct13th, called dealer on tuesday still no pulls for build, called 1-800 number for chevrolet customer service asked why the small dealers are not getting pulled for build, no real answers they take my name, number say they will call bvack they never call starting to sound like a bunch of BS to me, told dealer if he doesnt get a allotment for build within next two weeks to cancel my order, will buy the vette setting on his lot.

 

It's just me, but there is NO WAY in hell I would drive a Vette over this new
Camaro. I like Vettes, but I have never been a Vette guy.

 

I got a new order receipt last Thurs (3/26) and my car is at 3400.
I don't know how long it's been at that level.
I don't see my car in the VIN spreadsheet yet, so I guess it hasn't been built yet.
I hope it will be built this week, we'll see.
The the other good thing is the polished wheels were added correctly and nothing else dropped off.

 

im still at 1100. nothing new here.
