Re: ATTN: Jason E
This is like a lounge thread that invaded the 5th gen board A PM is a Private Message, to answer someone from above.
97Z28,
I am eyeing the silver GXP we have on the lot right now. I assume the GXP had OEM wheels on it? I'd hate to get those polished wheels crudded up in the snow...when I was going to buy the '05, I desparately wanted to find aftermarket wheels to run snows on...and could not. I still want one...real, real bad
If I end up becoming a DCX dealer Sales Manager though (my interview is in 4 days!! ), I won't need any daily driver though, and will sell my Grand Prix Needless to say, my Camaro will go nowhere, and I actually hope I can buy a 3rd with the equity in the GP and the savings by not having a monthly payment!!!
DCXs as a job, F bodies as a hobby

Re: ATTN: Jason E
PLEASE do let me know. After responding to your PM, eyeing the GXP got to be too much for me. Today was mid 60s and sunny, so I HAD to go for a little spin in the GXP 30 minutes later, I came back with an evil grin on my face, and my Sales Manager asked no questions...just smiled
I lust after that car. Torque steer or no, I don't care. It looks right, it drives right, it SOUNDS RIGHT, I love all the features, the Monsoon stereo sounds awesome with AC/DC's Hells Bells at full blare...I want this car. And the sad thing is? If I do get this new job, I doubt I'll ever own one I am a firm believer that people should drive what they sell. Customers have more faith in you if you put your money where your mouth is, and drive your own product. I'm pushing to get a used SRT-4 or Charger R/T as a demo And at that point, there's no point for a daily driver...
