Awesome to see the Captive Fleet cars on the road. Best places to see them will probably be around the Oshawa plant and GM sites in the Detroit area (Warren, Milford, Ren Cen, etc). Won't be long now!

I love the steel wheels. I think they actually give the car some personality (not that it needs it) I think all the other wheels just looks like generic or just some boring wheel that would come on any other car. I think the base car looks super good and some lowering would make it look incredible.

Yea Cheryl and the Camaro team worked hard on getting this detail done. I don't know if it means anything other than heritage as the new Camaro is most certainly not an F-body.

wow... im not exactly sure if i like those wheels or not. I thought i would when i had seen what they were going to look like, but on a black car im just not sure. The silver trim ring looks like wide white walls in several pictures, which is not cool, but i think they might look fine on some other color cars.

those wheels could look better on any other color.

thats a pretty cool little touch that they got the f on the VIN. it would be better if it could have been in the 5th spot for the 5th generation"F" body.

Hmm...the wheels are the base wheel, which I would be a bit surprised if many of us here will get. I think back to the 4th gen base wheels...steelies with plastic hubcaps.

I think as far as BASE wheels go, that is a damn good looking one. Remember this is the stripper car!

I think that thing looks AMAZING! I like the wheels. Those seats look comfy as hell and should hold your *** in place nicely!

no such thing anymore. And for the price--its not an Aveo---better wheels are demanded.

I would be
VERY PROUD
to own that car.

If those base wheels make it to production, I'll be smiling. That style of wheel is a flashback to many GM cars past, including the 3rd gen. I remember my dad's 1986 Celebrity Eurosport had them when he bought it new. I think a lot of people will find them undesirable, but not me--not on a base car. Nothing says "cheesy" like a plastic wheel covers, and GM's idea to bring back a steel wheel with a trim ring is brilliant. However, i am expecting that at the base price of $23k or whatever, that the car has something to make up for those black steel wheels

I LOVE the pictures, and I'm envious of that little kid.

When I saw the BFG Radial T/A's on the steelies..... I was thinking "suprised they didn't have white letters" Now that would have been retro!

Good looking base car. That car with nothing but a 6 speed looks to be a fun time!
