True in this case, due to the collision.

Autobot Bumblebee lives

Autobot fave Bumblebee is crumpled no more. An accident with a D.C. police SUV on Monday may have left the bright yellow Camaro with a smashed nose, but Tuesday night he was hanging out with Autobot honcho Optimus Prime on Maryland Avenue SW near the National Museum of the American Indian, blocking the street to any humans who might try to drive by.

He looked to be in fine metal. Perhaps he spent some time with the Allspark, the source of all life for Transformers in the first movie (Imagine Mr. Goodwrench on steroids). We thought it was destroyed, but nothing's impossible in the world of the Autobots -- and this is Hollywood. Bumblebee looked like his brilliant yellow self.
