and jakerobb, i wasn't happy about waiting until 12/09 for the HUD, but it wasn't a heartbreak either. i planned to use that time to save up a few more $$$ for the car. by then i would have been good to go. NOW it just feels like im killin time with the 6/10 date. im likely just going to wait until around march or april to order the car.
I looked around a bit for '06-07 Monte Carlo production numbers, but didn't find it. I suspect that it sold in similar numbers to the Aveo and HHR.

Everyone's welcome to their opinion. Lucky for you, you'll be able to get exactly the Camaro you want a lot sooner than others here. My experiences with HUD have been great, to the point that I really can't justify spending big bucks on a brand new car if it's not exactly the car I want. So, I'll wait for HUD. It works out for me regardless, since I won't be able to afford a new Camaro in February anyway.
i tried using the g meter on my dads vette and when your going around a 90 degree turn trying to see how fast you can do it and what g's your pulling........not the safest thing in the world.

Well I live in NJ too, about 40 min from NYC and I see HHR's and Aveo's on the road all the time. But then again that's why it's not good to judge sales based on what you see on the road. Oh and they're not my stats, they're GM's .

blue and inferno orange are the colors. the red and yellow are dealer installed options i believe. i am still waiting on a reply from chrisl about the red and yellow lighting options.
