a friend told me he saw a new commercial
It's the silver one up on a hill and bunch of kids gathering around it or something to that effect
can any one confirm this? if so im going to start watching a lot more tv

Better yet.... why is there a commercial for the volt? Isn't it still like 3 years away?

 

Part of GM's showcase of hybrid, electric, E85 etc.... green type advertising. GM has made some real strides in the green vehicles front and they are just telling people about it.

And its not a GM commercial, its a Chevy commercial.
And yes, its a Volt.

 

There was a commercial a while back when Transformers was released in theatres. It had some clips of Bumblebee, then a shot of him in robot and car mode like in the magazine ad, with the phrase "When you've travelled 13 trillion light years, you don't drive just any car". Then the Chevrolet bowtie followed. That's all I remember, and I haven't seen it since.

All I can say is... Feels damn good to see a Camaro advertisement on TV again. "The All-New Chevy Camaro. Coming 2009." Love it!

 

Yes get it and make sure you get the two disc special edition. Disc two under "Their War" talks a bit about the Camaro. Some info isn't great as Michael Bay was under the impression that GM didn't know what to call the Camaro concept car but overall some good shots and extra views of Bumblebee in action.

 

who knows.. maybe GM told him that... while of course they knew what they were going to call it.. why tell him?
