Are you speaking of the updated Camaro font? I REALLY like it, a lot more blocky and angular, much like the car itself.

Re: Camaro Emblem Required

I like the Camaro ribbon, but I'm in the I don't care category when it comes down to it.

What I do care about is the huge gaudy gold bowtie that adorns all new Chevy's. I'm hoping the bowtie will once again change before the Camaro makes it into production. Otherwise that will be the first modification I make to my car

Re: Camaro Emblem Required

Almost made a thread about this myself a week or two back. Camaro emblem is a must. Mustang gets to keep the pony, and we dont get our ribbon emblem? No way. This isnt just some other Chevy, its Camaro and just the the Vette, Camaro doesnt get the run of the mill treatment like the other Chevy's. Camaro and Corvette have their respective badges and thats how it should be.

no. i mean these guys had polo shirts with the camaro badge, not the word 'camaro' in the new font, on the upper corner of the shirts. it sure looked like official gm personnel to me. watch the gm unveiling video.

I believe they were a special group of invited guest. They bought the shirts on their own.

I do to, just not that god awful GOLD thing. A nice black grill and red outlined bow tie would have been good. I guess they wanted to be sure that everyone in the crowd knew it was a chevy.

I don't think the emblem would look right on the outside of the car. Maybe on the steering wheel or something.

Re: Camaro Emblem Required

Instead of seeing the GM emblem on the side of the car, where it is on every other one, The camaro emblem there wouldn't look to bad, i don't think.

I don't want a GM emblem, I don't really want a gold bowtie. The Camaro ribbon along with the "C A M A R O" are my picks, as well as a 3 little jewels on the bottom driver's side of the grill spelling "Z/28"

I like your bowtie. The Gold one is too gaudy and blingy. Still, I would like the Camaro tri-color somewhere on the front or rear of the car.

Yup, those were the shirts we ordered from Al Poulin. I guess a lot of people missed those threads. You can still order one from him.
