I agree with what Fbody said. I also like the Sprint's GPS tracker system that we use here at work. I will monitor where you are at and how fast you are moving. I can also alert you when you drive above a certain speed.

That being said some people need to learn the hard way that cars are not toys. And some people need to get some things out of their systems. I think that when I have a kid that is learning how to drive I would want to go with them to a performace driving school because some people need to learn how to drive in the rain, snow, and ice. I was luck to be able to learn how to handel my camaro in a chruch parking lot when ever I wanted too. Paster's Kids also get away with speeding tickets usally
