Dead body in the trunk helps

No, just kidding. I drove my '98 Z28 for 10 years in Chicago winters. Having about 150 pounds of playsand in the trunk helped to keep the backend from sliding around so much.

Re: Camaro In The Snow...Yes, I said it.

I used the original 20" rims and bought some new ones for the summer. Im working with a 2SS so I had the problem with the front brembos being way to big for anything aside from the 20". I bought snow tires and they've made all the difference. Yea, it's still a rear wheel drive vehicle but for a RWD it's perfectly feasible in the snow. Do not put any weight in the back/trunk. It could potentially ruin the suspension as it is made specifically just to be able to hold the weight of the tank. If you keep the tank about half and preferably closer to the 3 quarter range you should have no problem!

A friend of mine just put Blizzaks on 18" wheels on his 2SS RS, and apparently had no trouble having them fit over the Brembos.

This doesn't surprise me. The Brembos look like they have a lot of space behind the 20s. Certainly the 19" wheels would work, and I'm not surprised that 18s apparently do as well.

Anyone know if the LS wheels fit over the Brembos? That would be the perfect winter wheel if they did.
