I'll be the first to agree that this site has a LOT of whining. However, I am very surprised at how few questions were included on such a survey. Some really didn't seem well thought out either ... like when do you expect to buy one (my answer was 1-2 years after launch, but that's b/c I want a convertible and GM doesn't know that from this survey). Anyways, some feedback is better than none i guess.

Not any longer. People finally started to get smart about what kind of site this is. Those who aren't smart enough to realize what kind of site this are leaving.

So no worries guys, the whining and bitching is done.

I did it. I didn't know how to vote in the wheel section. I like the style of all of the wheels but I don't particularly care for 20" wheels on my car.

I don't need to know how, personally. If JasonD says it's something that GM is taking seriously, I take a simple on-line survey.

I do have some opinions which the survey didn't allow for. I don't want this to come off as whining -- just me sharing my opinion.

I want cooled seats. Heated seats are nice, but they don't sway my decision one way or the other. The seat only stays cold for a couple minutes. Cooled seats are wonderful in the summer (no sweaty back!) and actually reduce the need to use the air conditioning system, which improves fuel economy. Every car should have cooled seats.

The wheel options... based on the pictures, the 18" aluminum is the best-looking of the options! It resembles the C6 Z06 wheel, which I really like. I'd love to get that design, especially if it fits over the big brakes. I've seen the 20" wheel in person (at the Royal Oak unveil), and it looks good too, but I think I like the 18 better. I'll wait until I can see it in person to be sure. Also, I'm not looking forward to paying for tires to fit a 20" wheel.

One last thing: I am very interested in the new dual-clutch automated manual transmissions we've been seeing from some of the import manufacturers (Nissan, VW). I realize that something like that would debut in Corvette before it would ever be available in a Camaro, and I'm betting that someone at GM is already looking into it, but I just want everyone to know that a DCT-equipped Camaro would be very interesting to me.

Survey taken. I used that comment box at the end to tell about the huds and dealer mark-ups and how that's the only thing that's delaying my purchase. I'm not sure if that goes to GM or not, but it was worth a try.

Survey had some nice info on it and looks like it provides some useful feedback to GM as well!

I did like those 18" wheels best, just because of the IROC looks. I ranked them higher than the 20"s even though I will likely be "stuck" with the 20"s.

I loved the chance to vote against DRLs, Remote Start, and collision avoidance systems (that may have been in the non Camaro specific area of the survey). And to vote for a spare tire!

I think the most telling things in this survey are the pricing and the description of the additions.

Does this mean the RS package will cost $1100-1600? Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

I think all of those option prices seemed pretty reasonable overall.

Werd to the werd. Give some love to those of us who live in the south and southwest.

I've never had a car that has cooled seats but that is absolutely an option I would add. It gets hot as hell in St. Louis (100+ degrees yesterday) and I sweat like crazy. I would love to be able to come home from work and not have a sweaty back when the wife or kids come to give me a hug.

Yep, I'd pay for cooled seats. Maybe the units from the Cadillacs, full sized SUVs or Saabs could be fitted?

Sorry Jason, but I think that's probably just wishful thinking.

Actually, I am pretty confident that's the way it is.
