Camaro 'Vert Leaked!

thats because they made this car up. Does Winding Road have any credibility at all? Ive never heard of them till the Z06 scandal but I certainly wouldnt consider buying it at this point or trusting them for that matter...

VERY true, Winding Road does have a HUGE credibility issue after the faked (read "fabricated") Corvette "Blue Devil" pics.
As far as the pics being photo-shopped, I don't think that necessarily means they're fake. The style of the pics (to me at least) don't seem that much different than the retouched/doctored photos you see a lot in Chevy brochures. If you don't know what I'm talking about, just dig out a GM brochure and I bet you'll be able to find AT LEAST one picture in it that is obviously retouched to the point that it looks "fake".
As far as the pics being leaked or not, I read what Guy said about the pic embargo, but still, in the back of my mind.....I wonder.
Real or not, it all makes me look forward to the "real" unveil of the convertible in January even more........can't wait!

Guy's rule of thumb to real GM concept pictures:
If the car looks real and the pictures are terrible, it's real.
If the picture doesn't look quite right, looks like it was actually shot outdoors instead of blended into a backdrop, or had a not-quite-right quality, including people in the pictures that look disproportionally small (the car has to be bigger to cover up whatever car is underneath it) then it's fake.

To anyone who seeks to post pictures of a Camaro convertible:
There are no pictures of it available.
GM owns the rights to any pictures, and they are currently available ONLY to the press and people who have access to the pics.
The Camaro pictures are EMBARGOED!!!!
What that means is that ANY picture you have of a "Camaro Convertible" is a photochop.
Both pictures of the "Convertible Camaro" posted so far are obvious photochops.
The picture of the red Camaro convertible has a woman in the seat who if she stood next to the car would barely come up to the beltline.
Although these pics give a good idea of what a Camaro convertible would look like, none of these are real pictures.
I can make a picture of bigfoot enguaging in carnal knowledge with a T-rex, but I don't think anyone would take it seriously...... unless either was obviously below the age of 18, of course.
I think we should take the convertible pictures that don't come from GM or wasn't taken at NAIAS with the same grain of salt and sense of perspective.
I hope this clears up any future attempts to have a "breaking" "real" picture of an "actual" Camaro convertible concept.
Thanks

For the guys that have to wait. It looks identical to the pic posted except a different color. An interesting detail is that you can see the brake vents up front, that you can't see on the other darker cars. I'm suprised they didn't enhance it, because it is barely noticable.
The stripes are just like the bumble bee Camaro stripes.
