The original post says that you recommend pre-ordering tickets. Is that still the case?

Since all members have a gallery here, that shouldn't be a problem.

And the words everyone has been wanting to hear...

Wow

I just saw a sneak peak of the Detroit Show. I have to see this in person. My past experiences have been limited to local shows. For this car (Camaro), I'm going to check out the big boy show this year.

I'll be there....however I also do not have any Camaro gear to wear. I heard they're gonna have a little electric "shocker" built into the seat of the car to get anybody out of it that stays in too long....

Anyone who doesn't have any Camaro wear...

a) Needs to be ashamed of themselves.
b) To all, wear what you can, a polo style shirt and pants is usually what is suggested and I will help you with a Camaro-related logo for whatever shirt you wear.

I just figured I'd get my Camaro wear AFTER I get the car! Nothing worse than walking around wearing Camaro emblem stuff and guys asking you what kind of Camaro you have and you gotta say "well...duh...I don't have one yet but I'm gonna buy one".

I'll be flying to Detroit this afternoon to head for work at NAIAS.

I hope folks planning to attend are excited, because I certainly am!

I'll see you there!

As long as you stay in a hotel with a people mover stop close by, the chance of getting frostbitten is very minimal.

Detroit is quite chilly this time of year...

OH...a couple of last minute things...

Something the popped into my head, FWIW...

I am not saying it, but I know that Scott Settlemire always strongly suggests...

Dress - "DRESS TO IMPRESS " DRESS IS BUSINESS ATTIRE -- MEANING SUITS OR SPORT COATS -- or BUSINESS CASUAL for men -- and appropriate attire for women. *NO JEANS;T-SHIRTS PLEASE*
I lean to the business casual area myself. Take it for what it is worth, and if it is nothing, fine by us!

Also...

I have enough CamaroZ28.Com goodie bags for the first 25 people that come up to Chris or I and say "Where's my CamaroZ28.Com goodies?". One goodie bag per person. After the 25th, ya snooze, ya lose.

Just wait until you see the actual bags they come in, some of you will get a kick out of it.
