Cammoed Camaro? (First 5th gen Camaro Z28 spy shot?)
Hi,
Someone on GMInsidenews told me I should post this here.
I just started a new job and there are some auto companies right around where I work. This car was unloaded out of some big truck really early. When I left my place a little later the cover had blown off the front!
Ran over and got a few quick pics. I tried to zoom in on the car more but then it looked pretty bad for some reason...my camera kinda sucks :-p

That’s neither a Z28 nor a Firebird; it’s an aftermarket company designing the new front clip to make it look like a Firebird. The cover conveniently just happen to be off the front of the car where it look different and the rest of it is the same as a 2010 Camaro even the rear wheel is a Camaro wheel. GM has absolutely no plans on building the Firebird and that’s from GM designers, no prototypes or any drawings have even begun. Pontiac is being dropped by GM same as Hummer and Saturn. GM is cutting it’s looses and moving on. Hummer will be sold in a few weeks to some China company; Saturn will go somewhere in Germany and Pontiac to GM’s Australian Holden division where G8’s and GTO’s are more popular.

After market companies don't use camos and don't test cars in public for functionality of body add-ons.
That pic is an indication that somebody wants some message to get out - that uncover is just a tease.
Btw, that rear spoiler/wing looks huge.

@ aftermarket using camo. When has an aftermarket company ever used camo to hide a design for a body panel?
Why wouldn't GM get a hold of one of those pieces for this mule? They have done other thing to try and cover up a test or distract you from what is really going on. Remember the C5 corvette wrapped in a camaro shell during testing?
The bulge in the hood has to make room for that LSA somehow
