Look at the original post...
((((
Hi,
Someone on GMInsidenews told me I should post this here.
I just started a new job and there are some auto companies right around where I work. This car was unloaded out of some big truck really early. When I left my place a little later the cover had blown off the front!)))))))
#1 Someone told him to post it here? WHY? He became a member few minutes before he posted it???
#2 Secret car unloaded late at night and left out in the open and by the pictures its not night dude!
#3 The car cover blew off? These car covers today are designed to stay on and my the snow flakes in one picture there is no wind...
#4 Look at the pictures, in general, why is it that only one picture has snow falling and the rest non...pix were taken at different time which means they were taken by the dude who owns it.
This guy just wanted to be the center of attention and take the credit for the pic which is probably why he has not replied to this post yet...loosseerr!!

Mystery Solved!
Following the unauthorized release of pictures taken of our vehicle, I have decided to clarify the origins of this 'mystery car'. The vehicle in question, named the “FireBreather”, has been built by Exodus Pictures, LLC in conjunction with Classic Design Concepts of Novi, MI. The FireBreather is to be the hero car for an upcoming motion picture. The vehicle was camouflaged to conceal its design until principle photography of the movie could be completed.
We wish to dispel some of the rumors that are surrounding the FireBreather:
The FireBreather is based on a 2010 Camaro.
The FireBreather is not a Z/28 test mule.
The FireBreather is not a corvette test vehicle.
The FireBreather is in no way affiliated or related to any "retro" firebird- or trans am-type body kits that are currently on the market or in development
As a result of the speculation circulating so widely, Exodus Pictures has decided to completely reveal the FireBreather at the Detroit Autorama. The FireBreather will remain unveiled for the duration of the event.
Being an automotive enthusiast myself, I hope this clears things up.
Visit www.The-FireBreather.com for more information as it becomes available.

not lame if it got everyone to notice it...
now we know about him and the company and what the car is used for.. even if it was a publicity stunt... or not... even if just happened to be that way... his name is out there.
Any publicity is good.
I myself can't wait to see what the car looks without all the camo.

it was a great publicity stunt. but i meant lame as in, they posted pictures acting like it wasnt supposed to be seen. then all the sudden, the guy who is building the car for a movie, shows up on the site and tells all. even though its a top secret project.

Hey guys,
I appreciate your comments and concerns. Let me start by saying I have been trolling this and other camaro forums for a long time now. I myself am a huge car enthusiast. It has been a long week for me, and to be honest I was not in the best mood yesterday.
What people are failing to realize is that we had a very intricate planned out marketing strategy for the FireBreather, had these shots come out a month ago, we would not have even commented. But because it happened only a week or so before the beginning of our actual campaign, I was left with no choice but to make lemonade out of lemons.

Now that I got that out of the way, let me tell you guys, you will not be disappointed when you see the FireBreather. We are NOT simply creating a firebird version of the camaro, I am confident most people will be blown away by the design.
Also, there are a number of cool parts on that car, some are not yet available for the public, and I will be happy to let you guys know what we think of them.
I'll try to answer questions as I can.

Movie Company Exodus Pictures Announces Actor Ray Park to Unveil Hero Car Debuting at Detroit Autorama 2010
LIVONIA, MI--(Marketwire - February 24, 2010) - Michigan production company Exodus Pictures has added actor Ray Park to the cast of "Jinn," its supernatural thriller set to begin filming next month. At this weekend's Detroit Autorama 2010, Park will reveal "The FireBreather," the movie's hero car created in partnership with another Michigan-based company Classic Design Concepts. The unveiling will take place at a press conference at the company's Autorama display on Friday, February 26th, 2010.
Ray Park, the latest addition to "Jinn"'s cast, will travel to Detroit for this weekend's Autorama. Park, a renowned actor and martial artist, has starred in numerous film and television projects including, "Star Wars Episode One," "X-Men," "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra," and NBC's "Heroes." He will make appearances at the company's display throughout the weekend, and will unveil the car to the press at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 26th.
Ajmal Zaheer Ahmad, co-founder of Exodus, writer/director of "Jinn" and Detroit native, will also speak at this weekend's unveiling. He will discuss the vehicle's design and the role it plays in his company's mission. "The paramount goal of Exodus Pictures is to show the world what the people of Michigan have to offer... building this car is our first step along that path," said Ahmad of his brainchild, the FireBreather.
Exodus opened its office in Livonia last year. Filming of their inaugural film project, "Jinn," will begin in the Detroit area next month. They will employ local talent in the creation of this film as they did in the making of the movie's hero car. The company plans to use this Michigan-centered model to accomplish their long term goals: "creation of permanent local jobs, continued industry training, and retention of intellectual property."
Detroit's Autorama runs February 26-28 at Cobo Hall. Visitors to the Exodus display will have the opportunity to see the movie car, meet Park and Ahmad, and view the never-before-seen "Jinn" teaser.

Wow , those rims are ri dic ulously hot .
Exodus pictures - Are they one offs for this concept or are they a existing aftermarket rim ?
The car turned out pretty damn nice , I think its by far the best Trans Am like concept . Not a fan of the rear , I like the exhaust valance stuff , just not the taillights . Shouldnt have any problem at all selling the 50 production cars .
