At the end she says the LS7 might be kept in mind for future life cycle updates.

Release of a gas guzzler taxed car would not be high on the list right now, IMO.
Big sticker option if offered too... I don't know if this economy has room for a $50-$60K Camaro...

Agreed; however, given the current state of the economy and the new administration, there's no telling what rules automakers will have to follow in the coming years. So, as I said, nothing is ruled out yet. Very low odds on an LS7 Camaro for sure.

it sounded more like she didnt want to let anyone down that the motor isnt going to be in the car from the factory, so she said it MIGHT. i dont know. i wouldnt read too far into it. although i would love to have the ls7 in my camaro. but i am not holding my breath and waiting for it. ill do it myself.

Thus, a lot is on "hold".

When I saw the LS7 Camaro, I decided I was going to replicate it. I figured that after I sold the LS3, I'd have maybe $10-$15 into the car or close to the same amount as a GT500 would cost me. But then I took an unexpected hit with this economy, so now I have to hold off for a while.
