As a GTO owner I can assure you that those are '05-'06 gauge cluster. The headlight switch to the left of the gauges is another clue. The seat bottom (not the visible section at the top) is also from a GTO. I think Charlie's right and this is Camaro Concept skin on top of a donor GTO body.
