Concept still planned for GM Nationals at Carlisle?

I remember reading on the carlisle website that the Camaro is supposed to be there for the GM nationals.

Can anybody confirm or deny that this is true? I'm closing on my new house the week after Carlisle, so it's really not the smartest time for me to take a 500 mile ride to Carlisle, but if the car is going to be there then I want to make sure I go.

I know the concept was in Florida This past weekend for the start of the Hot Rod Power Tour but after that I don't know.
Paul it was good to see you and your wife again in Atlanta and I like your Vette. If I was not waiting for a new Camaro I would get a new Z06

Originally, we were gonna bring the Red Fiberglass--- but I believe we'll have the Silver one there -- along with the line-up of historic Camaro pace cars.

When is the GM nationals at Carlisle? I am not really that far from Carlisle, and would like to see the concept in person.

Scott,
Typically, what's the best day to go?
I was thinking of coming down but want to make sure I get the most bang for the buck.

It depends on what you want to see. Saturday is the busiest day at the show and will have the most cars in the show field. Friday will be the best day for the swap meet because there's less people there.

If you're interested in the swap meet and the show itself, take 2 days. It's the only way. My first year I tried to go through the whole thing in a day and you just miss way too much. Now I spend all day friday in the swap meet, and all day saturday on the show field.
