Anything related to the focus group would have been analyzed already, so an early advertisement is not a bad guess, but we're at least a year away form the car, wouldn't they need to get the darn production model finalized before they even focus on that?
My official and final answer Regus is, they're watching Scott's vacation photo slides.

I retract my vote.
Here's my new one.
A brand-new Shelby GT500 rolls onscreen. It does a burnout, then pulls up to an unseen line. A rumble is heard offscreen. A black, sinister shape rolls into view, out of focus, snarling. It too, does a burnout, smoke covering the entire screen. When the smoke clears, the unknown car is now in focus - it's a black 5th gen prototype. It rolls up next to the GT500. The two cars trade revs back and forth. With some unseen signal, the cars launch simultaneously. The 5th gen rockets ahead, the tach needle flying as the revs increase, the engine roaring 8 cylinder's worth of fury. The GT500 quickly falls behind, but the 5th gen is relentless. As the driver rows through the gears, the 5th gen passes an unseen finish line and screeches to a halt. The GT500 stops moments later, beaten. But it's not over yet. The 5th gen lights up the rear tires, and proceeds to do donuts around the GT500, adding insult to injury. The 5th gen stops face-to-face with the GT500, and gives one final rev. The screen fades to black.
A few seconds pass, and we see the GT500 being loaded into a crusher, as the 5th gen speeds away.

Reviewing the A/V movie that will be shown at the next Autoshow (Detroit? <shrug>) right before the 'production' vehicle is unveiled.
Edit:
After posting that... I bet they're reviewing the update that will be posted on the ChevyNation.com website on Thursday, Nov 1st.

One of 2 possibilities...
Scott is sitting at the head of the table, surrounded by a mix of people specializing in different aspects of the car. Scott appears to be running this particular show, but why would he be running a meeting at MILFORD? The group on the left appears to have traveled to this meeting, as they are the ones w/ coats (either worn, or on the backs of their chairs) and the fact that they all have coffee from Starbucks, which I'm going to assume there are none on site. Contrast to the folks on the right that have no visible coats, and appear to have brought their coffee from home for the most part. My guess is the folks on the right are more "permanent" in this particular location at this particular time.
So what we have here, is an audio/visual presentation of some sort, probably regarding track testing based on the site the meeting is taking place, but having an interest to many different parties, given the presence of Cheryl, Tom P, Scott, and others who I'm afraid to say I don't recognize. The question is, what would Scott, who specializes in Marketing/History, be doing running, or helping to run an A/V presentation at the proving grounds?
Theory 2 is that they're watching Transformers, and at some point, in the 2nd picture, the 2 guys on Scotts right have discovered that they can see down the shirt of the unfortunate gal in the stripped shirt sitting across the way.

I HAVE TOP SEKRET INFORMATION ON WHAT THEY WERE LOOKING AT!! This is top level stuff....please, do not share this link, I can see the black suburbans rolling around my house now...
The following is an image that was captured of the screen in which all those attending this meeting are looking at.
Ahahahah, anyway....
Those graphs dont look like dyno graphs, but some sort of recording of maybe NVH, exhaust tones, how they enter the cabin, external noise, videos of the car driving around. Its got to be about sound, as if it was just a general video, standard speakers would have been fine. I think they are listening to different tunes of exhaust for interior and external sounds of the engine, exhaust, and other things. The graphs display dB's in respect to RPM and speeds...
Thats my final answer.

I'm going to say they are listening to a review of what will be displayed and shown on this years Auto Show circut and it probably has something related to the Camaro as hype needs to be kept up on this years show season. They seem to be enjoying it.
