Re: Does age have any bearing on opinions of the concept?

I'm 24 and British (If that makes a difference).

On the whole, I like it. Although I was expecting something different when I first heard about a 5th gen, the evolution of the car seemed to be headed in a definate direction. What we have seen is a bit of a side step. The front end does look mean though, and the rear looks like it means business.

I don't like the interior at all it looks tacky in my opinion, I would much prefer what we have in the 4th gens (i.e. modern). I'd like to see some white face gauges or maybe even a fully digital dash.

It would be nice if they included some room in the engine bay, a strong rear end, a reliable ignition system and maybe decent flowing headers from the factory. But now I'm going off topic.

As long as it can take corners without getting skittish, hopefully the "uprated suspension" they mention will address this.

18 and I'm not exactly thrilled with it...So far out of my 4 friends I've showed it to, (18,18,18,17), all of them commented that it looked like a Mustang and a Charger...They didn't like it. Here's a quote from one of them, "I really like it from the front window to the back, the front end has got to grow on me alittle more though." Another one said, "It looks like a f****** Mustang, god******." He's a big fan of 3rd and 4th gen Camaros and ain't fond of retro, lol. My dad, 49 said it looked like a Mustang, not a Camaro...Here's a direct quote from him, "It looks like a pointy-nosed Mustang." My little brother 13 said, "It's alright." My other brother, 15..."It's a little too boxy, it looks like a Mustang." Another friend, 18 "its not bad...looks pretty good..like u said it wasnt what i had in mind but it will do..." Another friend 18, said something to the effect of, it looks like all the other American cars but it's pretty cool...These are just the people I have talked too in the last couple hours or so...Here's another...my friend's dad 49, likes it.

51. I'm not in love with it, but don't hate it either. To me it doesn't really say Camaro at all. It could be named Chevelle and I would believe it.
