- Despite smaller rotors with single-piston calipers and a heftier curb weight, the Camaro turns in the better braking performance. Although both are quite good.

- At the quarter-mile, only a 1/10th of a second separates the two. With a one-foot roll-out, they post identical 0-60 mph sprints.

- One of them is $3,530 cheaper than the other. But which?

0 - 60 (sec): 6.0
1/4 Mile (sec @ mph): 14.2 @ 98.9
These times are a good bit faster than what GM has posted. These are almost the same exact times and speeds that my '92 Z28 with the L98 would turn when it was stock.

Yes!! So the Camaro V6 CAN hang with the 3.8L Genesis. Excellent news!

The value of the V6 model is really getting pretty amazing.

Anyone who chooses that ugly foreign debacle over the new Camaro has issues.

I wholeheartedly agree.

And I also heard the V6 Camaro yesterday (in person) and I can tell you that I am most definitely not a fan of the sound.

Definitely, a V8 Camaro would give me very few regrets.

The Genesis is not a lame car -- thus this is an important victory.

There were those who said the Camaro should have been the Genesis.
