Inferno is metallic . Its a very fine or pearlecent paint though . There is lighting situations where it doesnt look metallic at first glance .

You know what I wish the Camaro had? Chrome trim around the windows. I was just looking at a lot of cars today, newwer ones including a RJT Malibu, and the chrome trim really pops with the dark colors.

Yeah, that does look great on some cars. I'm sure there will be aftermarket for it. Would be cool to see a luxury version of a Camaro. Like a Cadillac version or something.

Agreed on both counts, but I think the pendulum has swung the other way regarding chrome. I think tasteful bits of it don't necessarily have to mean "luxury", but instead that the car is just nicely trimmed out. Look at the current Malibu, Impala, and CTS and compare to the previous versions to see what I mean. Even the grille of the Challenger looks a bit more "finished" than that of the Camaro.

Yeah, I saw those. I just wish it was in focus and better lighting. It'd also be nice to see it with the matching interior.

This metallic burgandy color on the vette is either crystal red metallic or monterray red depending on the year of the car..it is not red jewel metallic ..

Chrome...heck...I'd be happy with a drip rail that actually stopped water from coming the window when its cracked open!

The Vette's colr of Red Jewel Metallic was called Magnetic Red, offered on the '05 model of the C6. That color on the picture does look darker than Mag Red, most likely Monterray Red.
