GM pushing "gay" Camaro
#17
This is just dumb. I'm already pissed at where my tax dollars are going, now GM is using government money to sponsor gay day at the movies??? Seriously, this is part of their big reinvention plan?
Good job GM. You've complete lost me as a future customer and if I ever win a GM car I'll give it away to charity.

The facts need to be presented, I think. There's too much assumption going on. Stripping away all of the editorial, from what I gathered...
GM loaned a car for the gay day at the movies thing, or whatever it is. That's it as far as I think they did for it. Everything else was up to the people involved with the event, including the poorly taped video clip. GM releases their videos on their OWN channel on YouTube, and the video that is in question was not.
I may be wrong, but I am not buying into the whole hype of things when I believe so far that much of it was taken out of context.

Car culture thrives without boundaries.
Just as an attractive female posing on the hood of a Camaro is pleasing to straight guys, cute guys washing an attractive car is pleasing to gay guys and probably straight women as well.
