#10526 we should get ours around the same day. GM is picking up on the number of cars produced each day. Your Camaro is probably sitting on the lot in Canada waiting for quality control. That seems to be slowing the delievery a little becouse its done physically instead of with a machine. GM is in a pickle right now and can't afford to build a second rate vehicle. It'll be worth the wait. Make sure you check into GMAC financing (unless your paying cash). They are going to have some really good deals on loans. What is your order date?

 

Well if you mean QC for a little while, our car has been in QC 8+ weeks now and still no ETA

october 13th. my car is apparently on the road as of last saturday. my dealer got an email saying it was being delivered. should get it this week.

 

it doesnt matter when ever anyone ordered. there is no pecking order. these are all random builds. there are people who placed an order 3 months after me and got built before me.

 

So QC is why the cars are held up? Mine has been built for four weeks now and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. The dealer has been looking into the status weekly and there has been no update.

I hope I don't have to wait another four weeks... this is torture!

 

yes. they were apparently held back for quality check. things are apparently moving again though.

 

Hopefully, I get an update this week! In the past two weeks the ole '99 lost a fog lamp and a brake light. I think she is telling me something.

 

Very strange that orders are not being pulled by date? Unless it's a parts hold up?

 

pulled by date? as in first in first out?

i figured it would be like this too, but its not. i was at my dealership at 8 in the morning on october 13th. you figure they would acknowledge these customers and try to put them at the top, but nope. i pretty much got pulled in the last 75% of the orders.
