Thx to camarorick at camaro5! Ahhh I was waiting for someone to finally take good resolution show photos of IOM!!! Happens to be my xact configuraton too - white factory stripes.

I hope the ones that we get delivered to us dont have that bad of orange peel on the stripes though Kinda bad on that car.

I'd like to see a red one parked next to an orange one.

Wow. I REALLY like the IOM/white stripe combo! That is kinda making me want IOM instead of black.

You have to take into account the overhead lighting can change the colors on you compared to outdoors.

I have to say that the color in the photo is very close to what it looks like in person. I am really impressed with this car, it looks great in every color !!

I was thinking the same thing about orange, but after seeing it in person.... just WOW !! This car is going to be amazing in any color !!!
Right now I'm not sure what color I'm going to get

I guess I got lucky with the photos, but then again, this car is so awesome that it's hard to take a crappy pic

They are stickers unfortunately. Done weirdly at that, I wanna see the dealer version.

Factory and dealer applied stripes will be vinyl. You're correct in that the term "orange peel" is a generally used to describe a defect in the surface finish of paint, but I think it works quite well to describe the finish on the stripes on the IOM car even if they are vinyl. After all, it's used to describe the covering of an orange, so why not vinyl?

why doesnt anyone like these stripes? i think they look good. because they dont go all the way to the bottom of the bumper like the mustang? i think stripes like the mustang has is too much stripe.

I'm OK with the front stripes, I would like to see the rear stripes go over and down to the bottom of the spoiler (but not down to the "bumper").
