How do I track my order?

Contact your dealer....he should have given you an order number. Your dealer can then give you status updates as to what "event code" it is in. Once the car is built, it will receive a VIN. With the VIN, your dealer can find out what railcar it was assigned to and which yard it will be going to. After that, you can contact the rail line for updates on train locations. Links are "stickied" at the top of this section and there are threads explaining the event codes.
