I'd hate that. I don't like strangers touching my cars.

I was showing a friend of mine my new wallpaper (hehe) and he said it looked like a mustang. Oooh, he really got me going and I was giving him hell and he was laughing, and said he liked to say that just to get me riled up. LOL

I've had a few people swear the new Camaro looks just like a Mustang. And they were being serious...

I just don't understand where they see the resemblance.

Are these the same people that think an Accord looks just like a Camry, or that Vipers and Camaros look like Corvettes?

Some people just don't pay attention. They see a couple retro cues and immediately think Mustang.

I think that's a lot of it. My buddy is big into bikes, more than I am. I tried to use the analogy of a Harley compared to a Yamaha. Both look good to me, but there are definetely differences.

However, I'm not too worried. Once the Camaro does come out, and it's sitting side by side with a Mustang, these same people who are serious that they look just alike will look like idiots..

the concept is a coupe also, and as far as anyone knows the production version will also be a "trunk" coupe instead of a hatchback.

No real reason to think otherwise.

Wow! That does have to be one of the better pics going right now. I hope the car doesn't lose a single "character line" anywhere on the body, it looks absolutely awesome. The gas filler, and everything looks great, but I'm sure the gas jockeys here in jersey will be spilling it on my new Camaro. Maybe Chevy should offer as an option, one of those clear protective plastic stick ons made to fit this area, for those of us in the gas jockey states!
