He really got off track in that article. He did not talk about the camaro's driving habits and likes dislikes about it. He needs to rewrite that

Re: Leno no the Camaro

that article blows. it was just leno doing the typical, "back in my day..." and a paragraph or two of the new car on the side.

Re: Leno no the Camaro

If I too had a Z06, I wouldn't really be planning to get a Camaro either..

Re: Leno no the Camaro

Uhm, guys he said he might get one. Where's the "no on the Camaro" in that?

FYI, in pictures of his collection, you frequently see at least one NBM WS6 in the background. So he already has some love for the late great 4th gen

Re: Leno no the Camaro

Leno has already done a few articles/interviews about this car. I'm surprised he's done more than one.

I dont think the concept can even go that fast, I read somewhere that it can only get up to like 45 being a one of a kind concept.

Why? Do we really need more commentary on how a concept car performs on a 2 mile track at 30mph? The drivetrain & chassis is nothing like what the production car will have, so what do we gain by more commentary that Jason & Chris didn't already cover?

I liked Leno's article, and it really gave a nice perspective about what appeal the car will have to middle aged guys.

Re: Leno no the Camaro

The article was about nostalgia and the feeling the car can bring aobut in you, not specifically this car. He was mentioning the way there is value and aura about these cars. It was meant to be more reflective than a review.
