If you've actually ordered, mark it in the appropriate spot in the poll...
I will be putting this poll up on the three main Camaro sites. Please vote in ONLY ONE poll. I will tally the totals from the three and report back.

2SS or go home....
The fact is that most all of us are "Enthousiasts" and not "first time Camaro Buyers." Most of the new buyers aren't aware of CZ28.com - let alone this poll.
That's why everyone that votes is more than likely going to be going for a more optioned SS.
My opinion.

I can't believe how few people from this site have actually ordered cars instead of just talking about it. Geez....from the sound of it we had hundreds of people of this site who were serious buyers. I went with the 2SS/RS and am still hoping they will make the polished wheels available with the package to complete my option list.
By the way...its my understanding that the painted to match engine cover is a dealer installed option. Maybe I should just paint it myself then? It would sure be cheaper.

I'm a little surprised with the placed order numbers too. I was expecting a much higher number.
I'm curious if someone in the know can cough up a real number from GM as to how many orders they have recieved during the first week of ordering.?.?

I placed my order last Wednesday Oct. 15th. Got MSRP. However, dealer expressed some concern over the number of 2SS orders. He stated that Chevy was only planning on building 25% mix of the 2SS and that the car I wanted might not be available. Is anyone else getting this story? Is his number correct? If so, any chance Chevy will shift build plans based on customer orders? I doubt he's trying to pressure me because the deposit was agreed to be fully refundable if they couldn't get the car I spec'ed. I think Iprice has a point about the website not fully representing all sales, but I do expect these early sales to mostly go to enthusiasts who are willing to lock down on a vehicle months before it is delivered. Your guys thoughts?
