new Camaro future competition

Check this out, the following Mustang was redesigned by GiuGiaro a famous car designer from Italy. If you're not familiar with him he's the guy that designed the Delorean and alot of other great looking cars. There are many rumors that this is the concept for the 2010 Mustang. Anyhow I know this isn't anything to do about the 5th gen. just thought I'd mention it as the car looks very camaro concept like and could be what is going to go head to head with the 5th gen and Challenger.

if anything that looks remotely like that does come out, i would have a hard time deciding on camaro or mustang...never thought i would say that

only Giugiaro, whom has designed many amazing cars, including: Maserati Spyder, 4200 Coupe*everyone knows these two*, the Lamborghini Cala Concept*cant believe that car was designedi n 94, still looks amazing*, a few Bugatti concepts*late 90s i believe*, the Ferrari GC50 concept*05 concept absolutely beatiful*, Lotus Esprit*the look that never changed*, can make a mustang look that good

Wonder if this is a clue to the '10 Stang or if it's just a design shop's idea, like the concept Corvette of a couple of years ago (forgot the euro design house that did it).

personally...I don't like that rear end at all. To me, it is not very appealing. Its good for concept/show idea. but not something I would want to look at on the road. crazy europeans

I like it! Not enough to sway me from the Camaro ranks, though.

If GM blands down the base Camaro as much as people are saying, they might have a problem with that car.

It looks alright, but I don't like those taillights. It doesn't matter what shape the Mustang takes though, I'm buying a CAMARO!

I'll take power over looks. I'll also take a GM engine over a Ford any day . They can keep their Mustang.

Different strokes for different folks .

The picture is a not of a production car, so it doesn't make sense to compare it to a hypothetical dumbed-down production Camaro. The car in the picture could be subject to just as much (or little) dumbing down by the time it reaches prodcution as the Camaro. That's assuming, of course, that the car pictured is even slated for production at some point. Looks a little small to be Mustang IMO.

I very much like that concept. Maybe it's because it seems to mimic the proportions of the 5th gen.
