New Camaro, a MY2009 or MY2010?

I don't know for sure but I would like it to be a MY2009. That way it would be a 60 year spread from my 1949 UHP Car. Seeing as my 5th Gen Camaro will be Marked and Equipped as a UHP car, regardless if they offer a B4C option or not.

It will be a MY2010, but sold early 09.
They did this with the GMT900 suv, calling them 07's in first quater 06
Same with GMT 900 trucks calling them 08's in late 06 to early 07.
Kinda gives it the advantage. Why buy an 09 Mustang when you can have a NEWWER 2010 Camaro!!

BTW, I check in here to CamaroZ28.com every few weeks to get the latest news on the 5th gen F-body. Just wanted to thank everyone for continuing to update with info. Yes, I will be buying.

This is correct. Several cars and trucks thru the years have been done this way. January 1st 2009, they can legally sell a vehicle and call it a 2010 model.

Production and "on sale date" are two different things. The new Tahoe went into production in December 2005 but was not officialy available for sale until January 10th 2006 as an '07 model.
