Yeah, nice song about how much guys like their cars . Real nice image to associate the concept with huh? .

The problem isn't Chevy giving the okay for the concept to be in a rap video, the problem is they should have used MUCH better judgement than to allow it to be used in something with such terrible/objectionable/offensive lyrics like this. Rap isn't my thing, and I would have considered it just as bad of a call if GM would have had it in a rock video with objectionable lyrics.

I'm no "prude" and I love my rock...my 39 year old @ss is right there in the "pit" (believe it or not!) with all the younger guys at Saliva, Disturbed, NIN, whatever...you name it, concerts. But there's some songs that I'll either skip over on the CD player, or change the radio station if they come on and my daughter is in the car with me. It's called common sense, and unfortunately, I don't think it was used when the go ahead was given to allow the concept to be used in this particular video with these particular lyrics.

It's a great idea to get that car on the tv screen as much as possible. The more publicity it get the better. May convert the ricers to rice up a Camaro....just as long no Camaro looks like what they did to that green POS.
