I get the impression that they are essentially roll bars now-a-days, but I suppose it isn't all bad, I'd much rather be in F5 or an S-197 when I make mistake compared to earlier cars.

You will also notice that the vertical measurement from the dash to the top of the windsheld is not much, lower than what I was used to. I started realizing that it gave it a "hot rod chop top" feel (for me anyway). A minute or two behind the wheel and I stopped noticing the a-pillar and started liking the short windshield. It gave me a bit of a "cockpit" impression. Again, this is just me.

NEWS: 2010 Chevy Camaro SS To Star Alongside Christian Slater In New NBC Show [My Ow
Alright, so there's this guy, Harvey Spivey, who's an efficiency expert. He lives the typical suburban life: wife, two kids, dog, minivan, self hatred. Basically, he's the total opposite of Edward Albright, a 2010 Chevy Camaro SS driving, multilingual, lethal operative. But get this: they share the same body. Whoa.
If you're thinking this sounds like a great idea for a TV show, you're not alone. It's coming to NBC this fall starring Christian Slater. Knight Rider might have some competition.
Revealed also are some more closer-up details of the new Camaro SS than those we were able to discern from the shots we saw of this very same Camaro SS on set of the new show. Check out the super thick A Pillar, blacked out grille and the centrally mounted hood scoop. [My Own Worst Enemy via Camaro Z28.com]

Anyone have any thoughts on the possibility of that being a Z28 badge in the grill?
I personally see "SS" when I look at it, but I've heard people say it's a Z28. The "28" supposedly is in white and the "Z" is either red or black. If you zoom in it does look like there's a possiblity.

I like the materials that GM is using for the seats, steering wheel and what can be seen of the pillar and door panel. Looks along the lines of the Malibu and CTS.
Is that silver in the door panel too to match the exterior...
I really wish they would put "SS" under the Camaro, or in place of, on the front fender. SS has always been on side of the car.
Now I see why they did the high beltline... for a armrest while firing your gun!
Isn't Christian Slater on the shorter side?

Again in the second pic....With the high beltline, one thing that reminds me of the mopar 300C cars is the placement of the door mirror...in the mopars, I find the mirror blocks your view when turning left. Not a deal breaker but.....
Did you have that impression JasonD/ChrisL
