Arrow NEWS: Camaro should find homes across the pond

Filed under: Detroit Auto Show, Convertibles, Sports/GTs, Euro, Chevrolet, GM

On the eve of GM's debut of the Camaro convertible, What Car? is reporting that both the iconic coupe and drop top variant will find their way to our friends in the UK.

According to the magazine's sources, both Camaros will be offered in right-hand drive and will recieve the LS2 6-liter 400HP V8, producing around 400 BHP. Sales will begin about the same time as us Yanks get our paws on the GM pony car, sometime in 2009, and will carry a price tag of around £30,000.

That's what I was assuming - thanks!

So everyone doesn't think Chocolate Apocalypse is possessed and felt like saying that, I posted and deleted apparently while he was posting -- I questioned whether right hand drive meant drive stick with the right hand, or steering wheel on the right side of the car.
