I'm just excited to see that there's some production intent sheetmetal running around, not just a powertrain mule.

Here's a quick edit I did in MS Paint to get rid of those white triangle camo pieces:

It should be. We knew that was going to happen.

Yes -- it will be a model year 2010 -- but we have not moved the 'start-up' date. We'll start building Camaros in the 4th quarter of 2008 -- and they'll be in dealerships in the first quarter of 2009.

Yes - the new Camaro will have a B-pillar. BUT - it isn't noticable from the outside. Think of a first gen with the rear window in the up position. The rear window will cover the B-pillar and there will be a weatherstrip attached. The B-pillar is necessary for several reasons -- the most important being:
>reduction of mass
>structural rigidity

And let's face it guys and gals -- if the Camaro doesn't get a 5 - star crash rating from front/rear/side ---insurance issues will be huge.......

.....and, I think we're safe in saying this: The production car is so close to the concept -- that if we were driving down the road in a production Camaro coupe in Silver -- and you passed us going the other way -- you'd swear it was the Silver concept. I mean it. I couldn't be happier.

(OK -- for something we'll talk about next year at this time -- there are TWO things I'm not wild about -- each is a small detail.......but I can live with 'em and they probably won't be on most peoples' radar screens....other than that, I can't get the grin off my face.....)

The Future just keeps getting brighter and brighter!

Good luck -- and we hope that all three Bumblebee Camaros will go to good homes in the Camaro/Firebird Enthusiast community!

I have a program at home that blows up images with minimal distortion. I will work on it when I get home from work.

I like the layout other than the numerals themselves cause they are way difficult to read at a quick glance.

Something else we noticed over on camaro5.com.. does anyone see the gas cap? Could it possibly be that white splotch up on top of the rear fender.. is this a possible indicator it wont move?!?!?!?

If so thats definitly a unique stand out from the crowd.

Another note.. the wipers have no cowl and are not hidden .. but thats more realistic in the production world.

If that is the gas cap up there thats awesome....I've been hoping they wouldn't move it down into the fender.

i'm thinking the gas cap will be on the passenger side since that is the case with the Holden VE Commodore and the Pontiac G8.. and since the Camaro is on the same platform...

just an idea
