Many of us Autobloggers went to colleges that cultivated rabid alumni, but having seen this 2010 Chevrolet Camaro, our graduates were amateurs. In fact, we didn't realize you could love college, or its title-winning basketball team, so much. But a CarDomain forum member called "QuMongous" loves him some University of North Carolina Tarheels, and put his car in the game to prove it. Argyle pinstripes, his school's logo on the door, a hand-painted mascot on the rear quarters, and massive blue Dubs with UNC center caps have made this muscle car a tailgating hero. And wait until you see the back window.

Certainly a better shade of blue than GM offered though....

 

I figured they would have chosen Petey Pablo's "Raise Up (North Carolina)" for the walk around music.

But yeah, even if I was a fan of the school, that would just be god awful.

I can appreciate the spirit of it though.

Now somebody make a cowboys camaro, and then we got something.

i saw this on moderncamaro a few weeks ago. the thing is nasty.

 

Isn't it just Aqua Blue with a "sticker" kit on it?

 

Much lighter....and no awful green tint....

 

Lighting? I've seen Agua Blue look close to that in some photos. The thing is, if you're going to custom paint your car and your a Tarheel fan, why not paint the car Carolina Blue?
