Re: Now it is our turn to drive the Camaro Concept!
Just got in...
Oh man...you don't need to dirve the car fast to enjoy it. It was limited to 40mph, not built for performance or handling and it was still a very nice car to drive purely based on driver position and view.
Working on pics and videos for the rest of the day, and we will also address some of the questions asked as soon as we can.

Priceless sight of the day--------
so we're on the straighaway/loop ---- when you get into the curve, the pavement is pushing 60% -- so..........we're talking away when suddenly Chris gets this horrified look on his face........
................see, we're in a BUS -- at 70mph the driver took us right up to the guardrail the whole way around the turn............
I don't think Chris really thought he'd do that................

Re: Now it is our turn to drive the Camaro Concept!
looks good, so far, yet again.
My wife saw me watching the "wink wink" video of the concept last weekend, and she replayed the video herself.
She commented that the silver concept looks really good and also commented, "wow!! looks futuristic". She's not a car person at all. Her first time in a f-body is mid 90's when I met her and took her for a spin in my Australianized 79 Trans Am. she didn't think much of the car at first, but grew to love it when everywhere we went, the '79 captured stares from other people. (there was less than 10 Firebirds of varying years under '91 in the whole city of Canberra at that time).
FWIW, she, being a non-car person, thinks the car looks futuristic, instead of "retro" with cues from previous gens.

For the most part I agree with her. It's a very 'futuristic' vehicle, with some styling cues hinting at the past. I just don't see a 'retro' car at all...
