I went into my dealer yesterday to see if they had any info. on when they would be able to order, if there were allocation limits, any info. on options, etc. I was told they had nothing official, but they were taking $5,000 deposits and if I didn't pay up now I would have to pay over MSRP when the cars came out.
I told the guy I would never pay over MSRP and he told me Chevy was only going to make a limited number of Camaros for a short time and I might not be able to get one at all if I waited. That's when my BS alarm started to sound.
I'm impressed that your dealer gave you a copy of this; good find. I wish my dealer was that user-friendly. (He may not contnue to be my dealer if his people keep giving me crap like that.)

I'm curious about the demographics of the new Camaro, so I thought the lead in was interesting:
So they were thinking of you guys all along , and the idea of a "youthful customer" IMO gets back more the original idea of the Camaro.
Now, I hope GM follows through and target markets the "ricer" set, because otherwise convertible sales might suffer from toupees being blown off
Camaro will attract a very loyal customer base of passionate enthusiasts and look to target a new, more youthful customer. These new customers are very passionate drivers. They enjoy an exciting driving experience and like to impress and surprise others with with they drive.
