I didn't see anything except product info. The Detroit webcast had a silver car. I thought this red one looked much better. I asked one of the LAPD officers if it was just an internet rumor that they were guarding it and he said they were.

Is anyone else in LA today? Im still at my hotel, but im getting readt to head over there in a few.

 

Me and Ryan (Ryan'sLT1) went yesterday and met up there with my folks and my girlfriend. We had a great time. The Camaro looks outstanding in person. Ryan even copped a feel before we called it a day. Complete with rent-a-LAPD coming over (hand-on-gun) saying "You can't be touching the car."

Good times. Ryan even got a little bit of action!

Went there today and picked up a couple of posters. They have several boxes full of posters under the rotating display. I agree, this thing looks even better in person, very aggressive. I really liked it in red. The camaro display was very crowded. The only car with even more people around it was the Bugatti (which wasn''t that great imo).

 

The Veyron may be ugly, but you gotta admit, quad turbo, 1k horsepower is kind of cool

 

I am with Scott I wish all our camaro friends could have been at press day in Detroit. One thing you had no trouble touching the real car up there. I was next to it taking pics and the crowd behind me kept pushing me into it till I thought I might scratch it or something. I hope they get all the finger prints off the silver one.

 

Kris, you post that picture on like every thread having to do with the 5th Gen. Now it's in the 5th Gen section. Son of a bitch!

I was there Sunday. Saw the new Camaro in a sweet Red color. Looks nice, it has some wierd stuff on it too like a push button door opener thingy. They were giving stuff out to everyone but by the time I got there they were all out Tried to get something for you Nate. My stupid digital camera ran out of memory space and I didn't check it until I was half way there, otherwise I would have posted some pics of the Camaro for you guys.
