Oh, thanks I tryed to see what they said, but could not get it. So does this mean ss and rs are coming out? Has this already been talked about and releashed, or am I still up to date lol.

The SS we knew about for sure. The RS was discussed here as a potential appearance package, not a separate model. There weren't any rumors floating around about it, though. This is the first thing we've heard from GM regarding an RS. It might still just be an appearance package.

I don't think we can say one way or another at this point. I suspect its just Larry Sully and his crew playing around with different ideas. Not everything will become available. However I do like the direction they are heading.

I hate the wing spoiler --
........some of YOU may hate it as well...........
HOWEVER -- the whole idea behind Camaro is to allow the buyer to 'personalize' it --
........so -- some are going to do things to their Camaro that you and I may not necessarily approve of -- but I'll be tickled pink if a lot of 20-somethings buy Camaros -- and personalize them -- even tho. I don't like what they did to them.

The rear spoiler reminds me of a new iteration of the 91-92 Z28 spoiler. Not sure I like, I would prefer a full length duck tail (though higher than the concept's (think 2nd gen). Like the ground effects, love the hockey stripes. Also, I really like the higher cowl hood and the removal of the non functioning slot in the nose. All in all, very good stuff.

Scott, please tell me there's a 1st-gen style lip spoiler in the works.

That said, I love the interior too, so go figure
Price is the only thing left that scares me a bit...

The ground effects kit is not too bad. The rear spoiler is definately rice.
I'm not crazy about the raised cowl induction hood. Looks too much like one of those cheap aftermarket hoods you see in the back of car mags.
I like the grille & headlights.
What I'd really like to see is those little boomerang-looking black winglets they used to use back in the late 60s and early 70s on the lower corners of the front end. Mopar used them on their Challengers, Cudas, and Roadrunners. I think Chevy used them on some Camaros (I could be wrong). Of course they'd have to be more modern, but you get the idea. That would be cool.
Oh, and maybe some real covered headlights.
