does anyone know if you will be able to purchase THE concept they used in the gmtv.com debut? i wont be able to beat the wallets of the guys who can afford it, but its just a 400hp vette motor for now..but to own that concept as is..would just be amazing...what do they do with the concepts? does GM keep them or ever release them?

Doubtful. They keep cars like that for museums and special shows.

Almost surely, no.

When was the last time you heard of GM or any other manufacturer selling a concept? The only one I can recall is one that popped up at Barret-Jackson this year. It was a Pontiac from the early 60's.

It'll prolly live in the Musem in Bowling Green, Ky i would think.

I believe it would be illegal to offer for sale.

we can never sell it.........but it will go in the GM Heritage collection....along with many other concepts.

Don't believe everything you hear or read......now......please......someone post on NastyZ28 that this is not true........and IF it were one of my people at the show, I'll take immediate steps to set them straight.

thanks for the advice guys..i did notice i never see them..and its actually smart they keep them for obvious reasons too..but it would be so freaking awsome to have the original concept (67) and the original concept (06)..just a question. thanks guys

well, Ford actually sold off a lot of it's concepts a few years back, suck as the Indigo, the Mach III and some other real serious ground pounders.

It PROBABLY (why can't people spell this word?) won't live in the Corvette Museum in B.G. Could end up at GM's Heritage Center though.

Not picking on you personally about the word "probably" but I see it butchered in so many posts that I'm afraid people think "prolly" is a word. For the record, it's spelled and pronounced "PROBABLY". "Prolly" just makes a person sound stupid, like when people want to "axe" (ask) a "pacific" (specific) question.

Ok, now that that's off my mind and the lesson is over, we can go back to our regulary scheduled post.

I use "prolly" and I also know how to spell PROBABLY. If that's what people want to use just deal with it and get over it. This is CZ28.com not english class!!
