Question for Scott(fbodfather)

Can you give a guess as to where the designated spot for a front license plate would be on the 5th gen?

If not...cool.

But if anybody else wants to chime in, !

Right below the upper "air" "opening".

Kind of hanging alittle over the lower opening.

It'd be nice to have something in between the mount and the paint like even a felt washer. On my 4th gen, the license plate mount is right on the paint and rubs like crazy. If anyone's ever taken it off their 4th gen, they'll know the horror I speak of.

Where would the designated spot be for the front license plate on a 5th gen Camaro???!

Things must have gotten really, really, really dull around here lately....
....or we can now say we have finally run out of real things to talk about.

Just look at some of the other threads and arguments of late.

It is getting to be like a full moon around here with some of the strange things some are upset or making points about.

We got people putting puzzles together without all the parts and getting upset with the wrong picture.

It has to be hard for GM to listen to the consumers when in so many cases they are so hard to listen too at times.

We're just worried about how a production model will end up being, just like you guys and your silly banter of engines.

Well, now...I'd like to not think of myself as dull

Our state requires (NY) to have front and rear mounted license plates....and there really doesn't seem to be a great spot to mount one on the 5thgen...so I wanted to be "prepared" for whats coming......

I agree. Have any of you seen how hideous the c6 looks with that eyesore of a license plate adapter?

Being that front plates are also required in California, I am too concerned, however not as concerned as I am about which engine the Z/28 is going to get.

Plainly written on the contract of every new car I've ever bought are the words "DO NOT DRILL BUMPER FOR PLATES"

I'll take the ticket if I have to.

Do you have to have your car inspected every year? I live in Massachusetts, and we have to have an inspection sticker done every year, and one of the issues needed to pass is to have both plates mounted. If this applies to your state, how do you go about passing inspection?
