silver with chrome is evidently an accidental early run.. I got mine after i had my silver with black base.. and evidently there is more messups too, differnt colored windshields, interiors, and also grills with or without bowtie.. go figure..

I have so far found and kept a red one, a silver with black base and a silver with chrome base.

 

Yep, robbery for sure. I just paid two bucks for my red Hotwheel car and another 5 bucks for shipping. I'm pretty sure I won't find the red one in the stores though.

 

They have to be in stores. I guess we need to start looking. Brian went to Walmart this morning and found 5 more chrome bottom ones.

 

Well, I found something interesting today at Wal-Mart, I bought another Challenger concept Hotwheels car, but this one is in the color green. Also, for the series number, it is #1 or 36, the same number that the orange car is.

 

All 8 of mine are silver, black bottoms, blue glass, and flat black grilles.

 

i went to Meijers, Wal-mart, & toysRus and they all where sold out of hot wheels cars like each store had like maby 10 cars left.... you guys are lucky

 

I think I'm just lucky to find these b/c I live in such a rural area. Most people around here still don't know that GM is making the 5th Gen

 

Went to my local Walmart and found 2 hotwheels Red Concept Camaros and 2 Red 1/24 RC Concept Camaros. Good Luck to everybody else I know how hard they are to find.

 

well i know my walmart here has been stocking them every time they get a truck in, which for us is sundays.. so ive been checking them on mondays and fridays.. and whenever i get over there actually. Last friday, i found a 1/24th dub edition silver Concept, so i bought that too.

I just want to find a red one, the Hotwheels version

 

I have been looking everytime I go to walmart,target, etc. and finally found some red hotwheels. I still have yet to find any silver ones or any 1/18th scale or even the r/c...georgia must suck at getting these things

 

you may wanna make rounds, hit your walmarts, your kmarts, your target's and toyz r us's.. i found my rc's at target, and most of my hot wheels at walmart, along with my 1/24th silver concept, and the chrome bottomed silver one was at kmart.

 

Picked up 3 red hotwheels and a green challanger concept at walmart on monday. They had a ton of the red camaro's but only the one green challenger. Also picked up a Muscle Tone "code car" gold in color.

 

You guys, be patient. I'm as big a Camaro nut as anybody. When I started reading about people finding the silver hot wheels Camaro, it was driving me nuts to. I Didn't give in to buying one from ebay. I just kept looking and now have 7 silver ones and 4 red ones for 97 cents each. Also as earlier noted, I also found a green challenger concept and bought it. This leads me to believe that I would not be surprised to see hotwheels do the Camaro concept orange convertible late this year as a 08 hotwheels issue.

 

Oh I agree about being patient. This is just a taste, imagine what it will be like when the new one comes out

We have enough models sitting around right now. The red AND silver 1:18 from Jada, the red r/c from Jada, about 10 hotwheels, the chrome 1:64, ect.
SO....I don't mind waiting. I will NOT give in to eBay
