Okay, the deadline has been reached! Thanks to all for offering your thoughts.

I removed all non-voting posts for ease of counting and I edited some for clarification for the same reason, I hope no one minds. I won't be able to average these out until later so if anyone would like to total each color up and then divide by 74 (the total number of voting posts) and e-mail them to jason@camaroz28.com, it would be most appreciated.

Black being the highest ranked color doesn't come as a big surprise to me. I am a bit surprised that Cyber Gray is 2nd. I am very surprised that a red color ranked highest at 5!

That surprised me too. I wouldnt have ranked the orange anywhere near as highly as I did if those recent pics didnt look so good. Its almost a red and Im not even one that likes red or orange cars either.

Regardless of what the members here voted for, red and black will likely be the most bought from the general public. If you look at numbers throughout the years, it's kinda the Camaro way.

Cyber gray came in 2nd?? Really? are there that many people out there that are affraid of an actual COLOR? Cyber is more of the absense of color. I can't think of a more boring color except for pewter. (I call it Blah). Muscle cars were meant to be SEEN. Might as well offer a camo paint scheme too.

I wonder how much this list might change once we see these cars/colors on the road, in the sun, at night, with different stripe options, on the track or in our gargage. I've had black cars, white cars and silver. However, I need a change. For this car I want something that pops. Maybe the yellow or orange.

Spoken by someone who hasn't seen Cyber Gray Metallic in person.

Most of my cars have been black. But 2 years ago I bought a BRIGHT red Charger Daytona and LOVE the color.

And it get's a LOT of attention riding down the road. I don't think I'll ever go back to black (thus dispelling the myth that once you go black, you never go back) While I Love a clean black car, just tired of being in one. I want my Camaro to have a bright, catching color. I'm really leaning towards IOM (because it matches my Busa )

or ABM because I love blue. Black stripes on the IOM or white stripes on the ABM and I'll be set.

It would be great if someone good at Photoshop could put some white stripes on this.

Wow no love for white. A white Camaro with hugger orange stripes I think would sway some opinions.

That pic actually makes it look good. In person it has too much greenish for my taste, like it can't decide on whether it's green or blue......it's both!

I believe most voters realize that AGM doesn't look like that in person, and that is a good thing if it makes GM reconsider their choices and give us a proper bright blue color. If it looked like that pic, I'd be all over it, but the real deal is pretty much a blue-green crayon. Before placing your orders, do some due diligence and go down to the dealer and check it out on an HHR or whatever else it's on, but don't expect what you see above.

I thought white was the new thing based on reports I've read....so apparently that only counts if you include Escalades and delivery vans....not muscle cars. Though I am partial to white Dodge Challengers...

I am surprised Silver scored so low. Usually the color that is in the concepts is a bigger hit. Also, White at the bottom is no surprise. They used to call it "Rental Car White".

The spread is pretty tight (3.7-7) though, which tells me the car looks good in just about any color.
