Is the red 'vert concept a runner or just a static model?

Is it a runner like the silver hardtop, or is it a pusher like the red show concept?

If it is a runner, is it a fiberglass mockup like the silver car, speed limited to 40 MPH, or does it sport some pre-production components that might lend insight into the Zeta platform? Steel hood, doors, suspension?

Judging by the pictures we have seen under the hood, I'd say it is a runner.
AFAIK, GM never openned the hood on the red stationary car.

It's a runner.

According to Cheryl Pilcher, they pretty much cloned the coupes parts and lopped the top off to make it a vert.
